Act. Studio | Resident Access Policy

• Advance scheduling: Residents must submit access requests and receive confirmation before arriving. Requests are subject to studio availability.

• Monthly hours: Access hours are based on each resident’s assigned program benefits and begin accruing on their official activation date.

• Hour rollover: Unused hours do not roll over for any additional calendar month, Rollover hours expire after that month and have no cash value.

• Cancellations: Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of reserved hours.

• Timeliness and cleanup: Sessions must begin and end within the confirmed booking. Residents are responsible for cleanup and returning equipment to its proper place.

• Access approval: Residency does not guarantee unrestricted or after-hours access. All sessions must comply with studio policies and confirmed access arrangements.
