Rooted in the belief that healing is not something we chase but something we remember, GodBody Yoga invites you to slow down, soften, and listen inward. Each class unfolds intentionally, beginning with grounding and nervous system regulation, moving through conscious breath and affirmation, and flowing into mindful movement that strengthens, lengthens, and awakens the body.
