An Invitation, Not a Casting
This experience is intentionally curated. Each emerging model, artist, and content creator invited to The Foundation has been hand-selected—not for trend, but for presence, perspective, and promise. This is not an open call. It’s a deliberate gathering of visionaries in the making—individuals who carry a sense of self, a hunger to grow, and the creative elasticity to shape culture through image, movement, and expression.
Your invitation is a reflection of more than potential. It’s an acknowledgment of who you already are—and a belief in where you’re headed.

At the helm of The Foundation are two distinct forces in Denver’s fashion and creative direction—each bringing depth, discipline, and lived experience to the workshop floor.
Indya Sade is a seasoned model coach, respected runway presence, and multifaceted commercial model whose career spans fashion weeks, brand campaigns, and personal transformation. Known for her precise movement vocabulary and intuitive mentorship style, Indya brings a sharp, grounded authority to every room she steps into. Her guidance is equal parts technical and soulful—shaping models not just in posture, but in presence.
Bailey Murrell-Green, owner of Act. Studio and director of Amuse the Agency, is a visionary editorial producer and creative curator. Her work is rooted in intentional storytelling, cultural depth, and artistic clarity. With an eye trained on fashion’s future and a pulse on production excellence, Bailey designs experiences that elevate emerging talent into visual authors of their own image.
Together, they anchor The Foundation—not just as instructors, but as architects of a new standard. One where creativity is rigorous, identity is honored, and excellence is non-negotiable.
